Q: How did you get your start in the business?

A: First full-time employee at Mashable, helped drive us from $1m to $20m+ annually in 4 years completely bootstrapped.

Q: Tell us about what you are doing now?

A: Leading Digital Experience at Real Chemistry, pushing the boundaries of advanced marketing for pharma, life sciences and healthcare clients. Loving it.

Q: What makes for good advertising?

A: Engaging experience that speak to the individual and/or highly shareable content.

Q: What makes for bad advertising?

A: Product Ads that don't tell me why you're different than the 10+ alternatives I can easily research.

Q: What trends in Marketing are you keeping an eye on?

A: "Cookieless future", omnichannel journey orchestration, 360 customer views.

Q: Do you consider yourself more of a consumer or creator?

A: Consumer.

Q: What is your favorite content to consume?

A: Consume comedy, cooking and short educational videos mostly.

Q: How do you stay up to date on what's going on in the industry?

A: Lots of feeds and newsletters.
